Position: Attorney – Family Law, Trust and Estate Litigation, Civil Litigation, Elder Law, Business Services, and Real Estate

Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of cases in your practice area. Your role will encompass both litigation and advisory work, making it an exciting opportunity to manage cases from beginning to end. Your work will profoundly impact our clients’ lives, while advocating for their best interests.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide well-founded legal opinions to clients and colleagues.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, contracts, and other relevant materials.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Minnesota (other jurisdictions a plus)
• Previous work experience in a law firm or judicial clerkship is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in the practice of law.
