Biography
Bethany represents clients across a number of practice areas, including trust and estate, civil, business, and estate planning matters. She is a zealous advocate and works hard to find personalized and creative solutions for each of her clients.
Prior to joining Messick Law, she represented trustees and debtors-in-possession in the litigation of avoidance actions and other bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Bethany's background also includes work in employment and business litigation. During law school, Bethany clerked for family law and criminal defense firms and volunteered through the Minnesota Justice Foundation and the Cordoza Society.
In her free time, Bethany enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, long-distance running, and traveling.
